How big is the mount base?
The mount base is rectangle-shaped, measuring 3.67 inches in length by 2.5 inches wide, with bolt holes spaced 1.37 inches apart side-to-side. The base height is 0.5 inches. It’s compact for a clean install, but overbuilt for serious off-road abuse.
Is this mount compatible with GoPro Max?
No. This mount is made specifically for Insta360 cameras that support the invisible selfie stick feature. GoPro Max does not support digital pole removal and is not compatible.
Is this a flagpole mount?
Yes, but not some weak hardware-store flagpole mount. This is a heavy-duty flagpole base, repurposed and reinforced into a high-performance off-road camera mount. It hits harder than anything else in the industry.
Do you offer a warranty?

Is the billet carbon fiber stick worth $100?
Absolutely. It’s fully machined in-house in Big Rapids, Michigan. Not outsourced. Not cut corners. No one else offers a selfie stick this durable, this tight, or this clean. You’re not just paying for a part — you’re paying for performance.
Can you compare the Insta360 X3, X4, and X5?
X3: Shoots 5.7K. Good quality but limited.
X4: 8K shooting, longer battery life, improved performance. A big step up from the X3.
X5: Total beast. Wind-resistance toggle, dual AI chips for stabilization, wireless mic for mounting near your exhaust, bigger body, longer battery, cleaner detail.
The X5 blows the X3 and X4 out of the water.
Is the carbon fiber real?
Yes. It’s 100% authentic carbon fiber.
Most selfie sticks online are made from thin “aircraft-grade aluminum” — sounds fancy, but fails under real off-road abuse.
The real killer isn’t wind — it’s vibration and shock. My carbon holds up.
Is this really the only camera mount with that drone-like third-person shot?
Yes. This is the only mount on the market delivering that floating drone view of your off-road car in motion.

Is everything made in the USA?
Everything except the base pole mount.
The base is imported from a high-quality Chinese supplier, costs $30+ even in bulk, and then it’s:
- Re-drilled for tighter, cleaner mounting
- Upgraded with black oxide hardware
- Finished with nylon lock nuts instead of wing nuts
Everything else? USA made. USA assembled. Garage born.
Do I really need to tighten it down with a drill?
Yes. If you half-ass your install, don’t blame me for shaky footage.
Torque it down properly and your camera will stay locked and your footage will be stable.
Are you really 23 and running this from a garage?
Hell yeah I am.

Is the mount easily detachable?
No. This is a permanent mount. Once it’s bolted in, it stays.
If you remove it, you’ll have holes in your bumper or rig.
This is for real use — not temporary setups.
Do I have to drill into my rig?
Yes. You’re making a permanent mod. If you’re scared of drilling into your UTV, this isn’t for you.
What thread size does the mount use?
¼-20 thread — the standard thread size for most action cameras and accessories.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 5–7 days, depending on the method you choose.

Can I buy the carbon fiber stick separately?
Yes. Just reach out and I’ll hook you up with the standalone product link.

Will this work on a truck, Jeep, or sand car?
Yes. These mounts are designed for side-by-sides and sand cars, but they’ll work on any vehicle with a flat, solid mounting surface — including trucks and Jeeps.
