14-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of purchase only if the product is still sealed in its original cellophane (unopened, unused).

To qualify:

• Product must be unopened & unused
• All original packaging and hardware included
• Items that are unwrapped, installed, or show handling/install marks are not eligible

Fees & Shipping

• 20% restocking fee on approved returns
• Customer pays return shipping

How to Start a Return

1. Email Ryan@ModernOffRoadUSA.com before sending anything back.
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • A photo of the sealed product
   • A short reason for the return
3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Lifetime Warranty

If your mount breaks — in the event of a crash — we’ve got you.

How It Works

2. Send a clear photo of the damage and a brief note describing what happened.
3. You cover shipping for the warranty replacement.
4. We’ll send a brand-new mount.

Not Covered

• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Improper installation or misuse
