Due to the nature of off-road use and installation, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been shipped.
In the rare case that your mount breaks, we require clear, verified video evidence showing how the failure occurred. After review, we will determine—at our discretion—if a replacement will be issued.
Fitment Notice:
It is your responsibility to confirm that this product fits your off-road bumper skidplate or rear bed setup before ordering. Not all vehicles or bumpers are the same—no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to improper fitment. Reach out with any questions before purchase—we’re here to help.

We do not offer standard exchanges. If your product qualifies for a replacement due to verified breakage, we’ll handle that on a case-by-case basis as outlined above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. This applies only to unused, uninstalled items in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Used or installed items are not eligible.
